We run a fast-moving eCommerce brand producing high-volume Meta ad creative daily. We are looking for a creative editor who lives at the intersection of direct-response marketing and AI generation workflows. If you are just a clean editor with good aesthetics, this is not the role for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will receive a creative brief (concept, angle, script) and independently produce:
3 to 10 video variations per brief
5 to 20 static image variations per brief
Rapid iterations based on performance data and feedback
Video formats include UGC-style, product demos, problem/solution, voiceover visuals, and testimonial edits.
You will generate AI-powered visuals using tools like Google VEO 3, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Google Gemini, AI UGC avatar tools, and AI image generators.
You will build static ads using AI visuals combined with our existing asset library, and add on-screen text, captions, VFX, and sound design to all deliverables.
You will also help conceptualize ideas that improve hook rate, thumbstop ratio, CTR, and ROAS.
All output must be Meta-native: short form, mobile-first, bold text, fast pacing.
WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE
You receive 2 to 4 briefs per week with concept, angle, script, and reference footage
You produce all variations independently and deliver via Google Drive or a shared folder
You attend a short weekly check-in to review performance data and align on new tests
You iterate on feedback within 24 hours
When a new winner hits, you get a bonus the same day
This is a high-output role. We move fast, test constantly, and reward people who produce work that performs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Direct-Response Creative Editing
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention strategy, and CTA placement
Knowledge of high-performing Meta ad formats
AI Video and Image Generation
Strong prompting abilities
Ability to generate AI actors and UGC avatars, AI B-roll, and AI product shots

Photoshop, Canva, or Figma for static ads
Ability to sync voiceovers and maintain pacing
Paid Social Creative Knowledge
Understanding of creative testing frameworks
Ability to interpret hook rate, thumbstop percentage, CTR, and watch-time dropoff
Work Speed
Must produce high-volume output on a daily basis
Must turn around creative requests within 24 to 48 hours
Communication
Must be able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
WHO THIS IS FOR
You might be a great fit if you:
Have edited or produced paid social ads professionally and have results to show for it
Understand why a hook works before you build it
Are already using AI generation tools in your daily workflow, not just experimenting with them
Can work independently without hand-holding and flag blockers early
Take pride in output that performs, not just output that looks good
This is not a good fit if you are primarily a content creator, motion designer, or brand video editor looking to transition. We need someone already operating in direct-response.
PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT
You must submit at least 2 examples of paid social ads you have edited or produced. Ideal submissions include Meta video ads, UGC-style edits, or AI-generated creative. If you have performance data to attach (hook rate, CTR, ROAS), include it. It will move you to the top of the list.
PAY AND BONUSES
Pay is based on experience and output quality. A bonus is sent immediately when a winning ad is produced. High performers have room to grow into a lead creative role as the team scales.
