AI Video Creator Needed for Short-Form Content Using Google Flow, VEO3 & CapCut

We are looking for a creative AI video creator/editor to help produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.

This role involves turning provided scripts into complete AI-generated videos. You will create high-quality AI image scenes, turn those images into short video clips, and edit everything together into a polished final video using CapCut.

This is not just a basic editing role. You must be able to think creatively, understand the script, build strong visual scenes, and make each clip feel like part of a full story.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Creating cinematic AI-generated images from scripts and prompts
Turning image scenes into short video clips using tools like VEO3 or similar
Building scenes that connect naturally from beginning to end
Editing all clips into a complete short-form video
Using CapCut to cut pauses, tighten pacing, add transitions, and polish the final edit
Making each image feel like a real video ---------- nt with action, motion, setting, and emotion
Following creative direction while also improving prompts and scene ideas
Producing at least 6 completed videos per day once trained

Important

We are not looking for someone who only copies prompts.

You must be able to:

Read a script and understand the story
Create image scenes based on the script
Turn those images into video scenes
Make each scene feel cinematic and natural
Connect multiple clips into one smooth sequence
Use creative judgment when prompts need improvement
Take feedback and make fast adjustments

Tools Used

Google Flow or similar AI image tools
VEO3 or similar image-to-video tools
CapCut for final editing
ElevenLabs / Captions.ai for voice or captions when needed
Gemini or similar tools for prompt support

Requirements

Experience with CapCut is required
Strong English communication
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form pacing
Creative thinking and visual storytelling ability
Ability to follow systems and improve over time
Open to feedback and fast revisions
Availability of 6–8 hours per day, 5–6 days per week
Long-term availability preferred

Preferred

Experience creating AI-generated video content
Experience with Google Flow, VEO3, Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar tools
Familiarity with TikTok-style hooks, pacing, and retention editing
Candidates in PH or similar time zones are preferred, but not required
