AI Video Creator

I am looking for a high-level AI video creator and editor to help create short-form AI content daily.
(Experience with google Veo 3 is needed)

This is a full-time, long-term position with performance bonuses and room to grow into a lead editor / manager role

We are producing high-volume short-form content, so I need someone who:

Works fast
Pays close attention to detail
Understands content flow and pacing
Can follow instructions exactly (VERY IMPORTANT)

What You Will Do:
Create and edit 6-12 short-form videos per day (depending on speed and availability)
Create viral worthy videos with Veo 3 (accounts will be provided for you)
Arrange clips based on script
Add captions (CapCut Pro)
Cut all dead space and pauses
Make videos fast-paced and engaging
Match style of example videos EXACTLY

Requirements (IMPORTANT):
Strong English understanding (must follow instructions clearly)
Experience creating and editing AI content (Veo 3)
Must have CapCut Pro
Must have Chat GPT or Claude
Fast stable internet and computer
Available daily and responsive
Detail-oriented and consistent
Must be looking for a long-term full-time position

Must have:
Experience with Veo 3 and making AI videos
Experience with viral TikTok / Reels editing
Understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention

Compensation:
Starting: $400/month
Opportunity for bonuses and to grow into a higher position as we scale
This is a long term position with lots of opportunity to make more money.
