AI UGC Video Creator — Full-Time, Long-Term Role

We run an AI UGC video service for ecommerce brands and marketing agencies. We need a full-time AI video creator who already understands the image-to-video pipeline: generate a strong starting frame, then animate it with a video model.
Long-term role. We grow, you grow.

The workflow you'll run:

Generate starting frames in Nano Banana (Gemini 2.5 Flash Image) or GPT Image 2, controlling character, product placement, framing, and lighting
Feed those frames into Veo, Kling, or Seedance as image-to-video to produce ad-ready clips
Edit the generated clips into finished UGC-style ads with voiceover, captions, music, and transitions
Iterate until the shot looks right. These tools take multiple generations to get a keeper.

What you'll deliver:

5 to 10 finished ad concepts per day depending on complexity
Vertical 9:16 format for Meta, TikTok, Facebook Ads
UGC-style ads for beauty, skincare, wellness, and ecommerce brands

You're a fit if you have:

Real hands-on experience generating starting frames in Nano Banana or GPT Image 2. You understand prompt structure, character consistency, product accuracy, and how to get the frame to behave when you animate it.
Real hands-on experience with Veo, Kling, or Seedance as image-to-video tools. You know which tool is best for which kind of motion.
Solid editing skills in CapCut or Premiere
Good written English
Reliable internet and a machine that handles video editing
Patience for iteration. First generation rarely works. You stay calm and re-prompt.
Willingness to learn new models as they release

Bonus:

Experience with ElevenLabs or similar AI voiceover
Other image models (Midjourney, Flux, Imagen)
Paid social ad experience (Meta, TikTok)
Beauty, skincare, or wellness niche work
Short-form ad copywriting
