We're looking for a talented AI Systems Builder to join the team at Scale Ads Agency and help us execute on a growing pipeline of AI automation projects across marketing, design, and operations.
We are a fast-moving startup that is integrating AI heavily across all of our systems and workflows. We are not dabbling. We are building seriously and we need someone who matches that energy.
I have personally built multiple agents using Claude Code, OpenClaw, and other cutting edge AI tools, and I stay up to date with everything happening in this space. I know what good looks like. What I need is a sharp junior to help me execute faster so I can keep running and growing the business at the same time.

???? What You'll Be Working On

Building and deploying AI agents across marketing, design, and operational workflows
Helping architect and execute automation systems that reduce manual work and increase output
Integrating AI tools across existing business systems and processes
Troubleshooting, iterating, and improving systems that are already in motion
Contributing ideas on how AI can solve real business problems across the startups we are involved in
Working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

You have hands-on experience building AI systems, not just using AI tools. You have built things, you understand the logic behind them, and you can explain your decisions clearly
You are a proactive thinker. You understand the task, you assess the problem, and you move toward a solution without needing to be walked through every step
You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs building, you think it through, and you execute
You are enthusiastic about AI and genuinely excited about what is being built right now across the industry
You stay up to date with the latest tools, models, and frameworks in the AI and automation space
You are diverse in your thinking. You can apply AI problem solving across marketing, design, operations, and beyond
You take genuine pride in the systems you build. Clean logic, well-structured outputs, and reliable performance matter to you
You have strong English communication skills. Written and spoken. We think out loud together, we problem solve collaboratively, and we move fast. This is non-negotiable.

????? What We Need From You

Proven experience building AI agents and automation workflows from scratch
Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI API, or similar
Ability to demonstrate systems you have built, explain the logic behind them, and walk through the decisions you made
Strong problem solving ability and systems thinking across diverse use cases
Comfort working across marketing and operational contexts, not just pure technical environments
Ability to work independently, manage your own progress, and communicate clearly when blockers arise

You have only used AI tools but never actually built systems or agents
You need to be told exactly what to do on every task
You cannot clearly explain the logic and architecture behind work you have done
Your English communication is limited
You are not actively keeping up with what is happening in the AI space
You are looking for a comfortable, slow-paced role
