We work with luxury builders, developers, architects, and top-tier real estate agents. We are a small, focused team that moves fast and does quality work. THE OPPORTUNITY
This role starts part-time: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, Monday through Friday. As we grow together, the position expands to 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST. We want a long-term partner, not a short-term hire.
The core of this role is AI. You will help us design, build, and run AI-powered workflows that make our business faster and more consistent. You will work directly with our founder and have real ownership over the systems you create.
We will train you on how we work. But we need someone who can take that and run with it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
AI Systems (Your Primary Focus)

Build and manage workflows using Claude AI as our primary tool
Create and maintain prompt systems that produce consistent, high-quality output
Own our Higgsfield AI video generation pipeline for marketing and social content
Explore and implement new AI tools as the landscape evolves
Connect AI tools to our CRM and operations so everything works together
Document every system you build so it is repeatable

CRM & Operations

Manage and improve our Zoho CRM including automations and client pipelines
Build SOPs for onboarding, follow-up, and project delivery
Keep things on track and flag issues before they become problems

Content & General Support

Support video editing using Adobe tools
Help with social media content batching and scheduling
Inbox management, file organization, and founder support


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must Have:

Real hands-on experience with Claude AI. Actual workflows you have built, not just awareness of it.
Real hands-on experience with Higgsfield AI for video generation
Familiarity with ChatGPT and prompt engineering
Working knowledge of Zoho CRM
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Photoshop)
Strong written English
Extreme attention to detail
Reliable internet and a capable computer

Great to Have:

Experience connecting tools via Make, Zapier, or APIs
Background in real estate, architecture, or luxury brand marketing
Experience building and documenting SOPs

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
Starting hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM PST
Growth path: Expanding to 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST
Compensation: Performance-based. We pay well for great work. Details discussed in the interview.
Location: Fully remote. Philippines-based applicants only.
