AI Software Engineer

Role Overview
As our AI Software Engineer, you will architect, build, and deploy the AI-driven capabilities at the core of our product. This includes working on intelligent workflows, recommendation engines, content insights, financial analytics, and generative AI features that directly empower creators. You will work closely with the founder and a small, agile team to translate product vision into real-world solutions.

This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up—your work will directly shape the platform and the experience of our first users.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build AI-driven features: Develop machine learning models and AI tools that power insights, recommendations, and automation for creators.

Integrate AI into the platform: Implement AI/ML APIs, large language models, and data pipelines into the product’s backend architecture.

Prototype and iterate quickly: Work closely with product leadership to test and deploy AI features that enhance the user experience.

Data engineering: Help design systems for collecting, cleaning, and structuring data from various creator platforms (social, e-commerce, finance).

Scalable architecture: Contribute to a robust, scalable tech stack that supports future growth of the platform.

Stay ahead of trends: Monitor developments in AI and creator tools to ensure we are building innovative, future-forward capabilities.

Qualifications

Must-have:

Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language.

Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).

Familiarity with integrating LLMs (OpenAI API, Anthropic, etc.) into applications.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying ML models.

Startup mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, fast learning, and wearing multiple hats.

Nice-to-have:

Experience in recommendation systems, workflow automation, or financial analytics.

Experience working on early-stage products.

Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) is a plus.
