Salary 85,000 to 115,000 PHP based on experience and results

We are looking for an exceptional builder who can use AI, automation, and systems thinking to eliminate repetitive work, reduce errors, and make our company faster and smarter.

This is not a basic VA role.

This is a role for someone who wants to build real systems with real business impact.


What You Will Build

• Hiring automations
• Finance dashboards
• Reporting systems
• AI assistants trained on SOPs
• Workflow automations
• Integrations between business tools
• Compliance and operational reporting systems


Requirements

Schedule

40h per week
Some overlap with Lisbon timezone.
