ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a basic VA role.

This is a strategic builder role for someone who can use AI, automation, systems thinking, and execution speed to dramatically improve how our company operates.

You will work directly with leadership and help increase productivity across the entire business.


WHAT YOU WILL HELP BUILD

• Internal automations for repetitive work
• Hiring workflows and recruitment systems
• Dashboards and reporting systems
• AI agents for founders and leadership
• AI support tools for operations and customer service
• Integrations between tools and platforms
• SOP-based assistants and internal knowledge systems
• Better workflows across teams
• Systems that reduce errors and save time


TOOLS MAY INCLUDE

• ChatGPT / Claude
• Zapier / Make / n8n
• Microsoft 365
• Outlook / Teams / SharePoint
• Guesty
• Google Sheets / Excel
• APIs / databases
• New AI tools and future ecosystems
