Title: AI Quality Assurance Analyst
Team: Product (reports to Harry, Head of Product, Sydney)
Location: Remote, Manila - 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, ~7am Manila start, no weekends/overtime
Engagement: Contractor

About the role
You'll be the ears of the product. Every day you'll review how our AI agents are doing across our clients, judge whether the AI got it right, and log what you find in a clear, structured way. When something's off - a wrong answer, a booking error, a missed handover to a human - you flag it so the team can fix it fast. Over time you'll spot patterns, help define what "good" sounds like, and grow your understanding of voice AI and product.
This is not a coding role. It's perfect for someone sharp, curious, and meticulous who wants a way into AI and product without being an engineer.
What you'll do
-Log issues, errors, and notable
-Spot recurring patterns and surface them to the product team
-Help test new agent behaviours and verify fixes have worked
-Keep clear records and communicate findings clearly to the head of product
What we're looking for
-Good spoken and written English
-Detail-oriented and consistent - you don't let things slip through
-Real curiosity about voice AI and product; eager to learn and grow
-Comfortable working remotely in an early-stage startup where the role evolves
-Reliable, organised, and good at logging/documentation
Nice to have: exposure to AI tools, or any QA/customer-facing background.
