AI Prompt Engineer for GoHIghLevel Voice AI

We’re looking for an experienced AI Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and implement AI-driven workflows within HighLevel, including setting up Voice AI for automated interactions. You’ll play a key role in developing advanced AI-powered automation, refining chatbot responses, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement using Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s GPT.

This is a full-time role where the candidate will be required to be present in our Zoom room during working hours to facilitate real-time collaboration.

Responsibilities
- AI Prompt Engineering: Design and refine high-performing prompts for chatbots, automation sequences, and AI-driven interactions.
- Voice AI Setup & Optimization: Implement and enhance AI-powered voice solutions to improve customer communication and automation.
- HighLevel AI Integration: Build and improve AI-driven workflows for lead nurturing, sales automation, and customer support.
- AI Training & Fine-Tuning: Customize LLM responses to align with business objectives and user needs.
- Testing & Iteration: Continuously test and refine AI-generated responses to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Teams in Real Time: Work alongside automation specialists, sales teams, and developers while being available on Zoom during working hours.
- Monitor AI Performance: Track key performance metrics to optimize AI outputs for engagement and efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI-driven automation, NLP, or AI prompt engineering.
- Strong experience with OpenAI’s GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
- Expertise in AI-powered voice solutions (e.g., Twilio Voice, Whisper API, or similar).
- Hands-on HighLevel experience (Preferred): Strong understanding of HighLevel’s automation tools, workflows, and CRM functionalities.
- Proficiency in AI API integration using Python, JavaScript, or related languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for refining AI-generated content and responses.
- Strong communication & documentation skills to clearly outline workflows and best practices.
- Availability during working hours on Zoom for real-time collaboration with the team.
