AI Process Builder & Automation Specialist

Full-Time After Trial | Perth Hours | Long-Term Australian Business Role

We are looking for a highly capable AI Process Builder & Automation Specialist to help build AI-powered workflows across our Australian plumbing and electrical businesses.

This is not a basic VA role.

We are looking for someone who can design, build, test and document practical AI and automation systems that reduce manual admin, improve quoting and invoicing, support our operations team, and give management better visibility across the business.

You will work across:

Plumbing Bros West Coast
Plumbing Bros Melbourne
Electrical Bros West Coast

What You Will Build

Your first major project will be a Quote Builder & Compliance Agent.

This workflow should help turn rough plumbing/electrical job notes into professional customer-ready quotes.

It should be able to:

Take rough job notes
Apply pricing templates
Identify missing information
Add relevant compliance considerations
Create customer-ready quote wording
Suggest better options or upsells where appropriate
Explain how the workflow could connect into our systems

Marketing & Client Nurture Agent
Trade Technical Support Agent
Live Business Intelligence Dashboard

You do not need to be an expert in every tool, but you must be confident in building practical workflows.

Experience with service businesses, trades, CRM systems, job management software, Xero, dashboards or API integrations is highly regarded.

Employment Details

Location: Philippines-based
Hours: Perth business hours
Role Type: Trial/probation first, with the goal of full-time
Rate: $12–$20 AUD per hour depending on capability
Long-term role: Yes, for the right person
