AI-Powered Content Creator & Marketing Executor (Part-Time)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have ideas. We need someone who can make them real — fast. We need a creative executor who lives inside AI tools, knows what's possible, and can take a rough concept from zero to published without hand-holding.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take content ideas and turn them into finished, polished output (posts, videos, graphics, copy — whatever the idea needs)
- Use AI tools daily: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, CapCut AI, Canva AI, or whatever gets the job done best
- Test new AI tools as they come out and bring the best ones to the team
- Manage and schedule content across platforms
- Iterate quickly based on what performs

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You actively use AI tools — not just "aware" of them, but genuinely excited by them
- You have a bias for action: you try things, ship things, and figure it out
- You can take a vague idea and make smart decisions to bring it to life
- You're comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Bonus: you follow AI news, experiment with new tools on your own time

WHAT WE DON'T WANT
- Someone who waits to be told exactly what to do
- Someone who treats AI as a buzzword rather than a daily tool
- Someone who needs weeks of onboarding before producing anything
