AI-Ops Associate / Operations Assistant with AI Skills

Hi! I run several businesses and I'm looking for ONE sharp person to be my right hand on operations.

This is not a typing/data-entry VA role. I need someone who thinks.

You will help with:
- Supplier sourcing from China, Alibaba, 1688, and Made-in-China
- Coordinating deliverables from contractors, designers, suppliers, and third parties
- Turning messy ideas into clean project briefs, trackers, and SOPs
- Using Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT daily to work faster
- Light Canva design that follows a brand direction
- Organizing scattered business information into clear systems

You are a fit if:
- You are resourceful
- You are organized
- You write clear English
- You can work with unclear instructions and turn them into action steps
- You actually use AI tools in your work
- You can follow instructions carefully

This is not for you if:
- You only do basic admin work
- You need every instruction spoon-fed
- You only know generic Canva templates
- You give generic AI answers without thinking
