AI Operations Manager (Remote – Creator Business)

We are hiring a Virtual Operations Manager to help manage and improve daily operations for a fast-growing creator subscription business.

This is not an entry-level VA role. We need someone who can manage workflows, coordinate teams, improve systems, use AI daily, and operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily workflows and team coordination
* Ensure tasks, priorities, and deadlines are met
* Monitor performance and improve efficiency
* Use AI tools for execution, reporting, and research
* Prepare reports and performance insights
* Improve internal systems and solve operational issues

Preferred Experience

Strong advantage if you have experience with:

* Creator management agencies
* Subscription-based creator platforms
* Fan engagement or chat-based monetization
* High-volume messaging or digital sales
* Remote team operations
* Fast-paced online businesses

Requirements:

* Excellent English communication
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple workflows
* Proven remote work experience
* Reliable internet and work setup

AI Requirement (Mandatory)

You must actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, automation tools, or AI-assisted research/reporting.

Compensation:

$4–$7 USD/hour (based on experience and performance)
Performance bonuses available.
