AI Operations & Automation Virtual Assistant (Flexible 7-Day Workflow)

Underscope Co. is building one of the world’s first autonomous enterprise systems—a business that runs itself through smart automation.
We’re hiring a high-performing Virtual Assistant who can help operate, monitor, and optimize these systems.

You will:
• Connect and maintain integrations across Google Workspace, Slack, Bitwarden, Notion, n8n/Zapier.
• Monitor automations, identify errors, and log them accurately.
• Keep data and file structures clean using strict naming and versioning standards.
• Produce two short daily progress updates and a weekly performance summary.
• Follow strict confidentiality rules (NDA + IP assignment) and “least privilege” access.

Schedule: Flexible 7-day workflow (56 hours total per week). You manage your own time—results and reliability matter more than clock-ins.
Compensation: USD $700–$800 per month (negotiable for exceptional skill).
Start Date: Immediate.
Growth Path: Opportunity to advance into automation lead or systems operator as the company scales.

Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Skilled in Google Drive/Docs/Sheets organization.
• Working knowledge of n8n or Zapier (building or editing flows).
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, process-driven.
• Reliable internet + VPN-ready setup.

Preferred
• Experience with ChatGPT, Notion templates, or Canva.
• Prior VA work in automation, project management, or data operations.
