AI Operations & Automation Engineer (9hrs a day work hours)

(combining Rust/Python development, AI-agent monitoring, and deployment to
Windows & mobile)

Our client is an independent technology venture running multiple projects in parallel: algorithmic
trading systems, LLM infrastructure and AI-driven automation, and internal tooling.

Fast-paced, lean, process-driven, fully remote.

Seniority: Mid-level (2–4 years in role). Rust: minimum 3 years (hard requirement).


Key Responsibilities

Full-time, remote.
• Monitor and maintain AI agents / automated bots (uptime, logs, alerting).
• Develop and maintain internal applications and dashboards for project & task management.
• Track and manage tasks across multiple projects (status, priorities, follow-up).
• Full work documentation, including screen recording of every work session.
• Run, test and validate AI system outputs — detect hallucinations / errors, QA.
• Write scripts and automation tools to run multiple projects in parallel.
• Deployment and maintenance for Windows and mobile.
• Periodic reporting (daily / weekly) and retrospectives.

Mandatory Requirements & Experience
• Rust — mandatory, 3 years of proven experience (portfolio / repo / production code).
• Proven experience working with AI / LLM systems.
• Python — mandatory. Bonus: JS/TS, Bash/PowerShell.
• Proven deployment experience to Windows and mobile (packaging, services/NSSM, build pipelines, app
store / APK).
• Strong foundation in mathematics and logical / algorithmic thinking.
• System ops work plus end-to-end application building.
• High autonomy, self-management, and adherence to documentation & screen-recording procedures.
• High-level written and spoken English.

Tools, Education & Languages

Main Tools
-Rust, Python, Git, VS Code, Docker; AI/LLM tools & APIs; task management
(Notion/Jira/Trello); screen-recording & documentation (Loom/OBS); Windows/VPS
environment. Bonus: Tailscale, WSL2, SQL.

Degree / Certs
-Relevant degree required: Computer Science / Software Engineering / Mathematics /
Engineering / Information Systems. AI/Cloud certifications — an advantage.

Language
-English — mandatory (written & spoken). Filipino/Tagalog — native. Hebrew — not
required
