AI Operations Assistant — Social Media Research & Content Support

Hours: 5 hours per day — Monday through Friday
Schedule: Must be online and working by 11:00 AM US Central Time. That is midnight Philippines time. You must confirm you can work this exact schedule before applying.
About the Role:
You will work as a dedicated member of a small remote team supporting a growing US-based multi-business operation. You will receive your daily tasks from our operations manager via Slack every day. Your job is to execute tasks precisely, communicate clearly, and report back on schedule. This is a single-employer role. You must not be working for other clients during your scheduled shift hours.
Your Daily Tasks:

Check Slack at your start time for your daily task list
Research competitor ads on Facebook Ad Library and ---------- Creative Center
Take and upload smartphone photos of products when needed
Monitor business tools and report any issues immediately
Upload all completed research and photos to Google Drive in the correct folders
Post a midpoint update halfway through your shift every day
Post a detailed end of shift report in Slack every single day

Requirements:

Fluent spoken and written English — clear professional communication is mandatory
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Smartphone with a good camera
Strong stable WiFi — minimum 10 Mbps — backup internet strongly preferred
Experience using Slack and Google Drive
Comfortable following checklists and standard operating procedures without improvising
Available at 11:00 AM US Central Time which is midnight Philippines time every weekday
Must respond to Slack messages within 15 minutes during your entire shift
This is a dedicated single-employer role — you must not be working other jobs during shift hours
