ABOUT US
We are a specialised AI and messaging automation agency building stable, well-governed automation systems for businesses using messaging platforms, AI agents, and workflow automation.
This is not a volume agency and not a generic VA setup.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role focuses on client automation setup and optimisation, AI agent configuration, testing, and adjustments, monitoring live systems, and handling i ---------- calmly. It also includes clear escalation to internal leads and platform support teams when required.

This is not a traditional customer support or inbox management role.
You will not be responding to end-customer enquiries or managing live chat queues.
Your focus is on supporting and maintaining client automation systems.
It is an operations and systems role involving logic, judgement, and responsibility.

You will receive structured on-the-job training and SOPs, but you must be comfortable learning and thinking independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT SETUP & SYSTEM ADJUSTMENTS
Configure messaging platforms, automations, and AI agents
Implement changes based on documented instructions
Review existing setups and flag potential issues or improvements
Ensure agents behave safely and within defined rules

MONITORING & I ---------- HANDLING
Monitor for unexpected agent behaviour or automation failures
Triage issues methodically without panic
Apply containment actions such as pausing flows or triggering human takeover
Escalate issues with clear evidence and summaries

COMMUNICATION & DOCUMENTATION
Provide clear written updates during i ---------- or changes
Translate technical issues into simple explanations
Document changes, i ---------- , and resolutions clearly

WORKING EXPECTATIONS
This is a remote, work-from-home role
On-the-job training will be provided
You are expected to self-learn platform features and documentation
Occasionally, urgent issues may arise outside standard hours. These are not daily and follow a clear escalation process
You are not expected to solve everything, but you are expected to contain issues, document clearly, and escalate correctly

REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong written English
Comfort using web-based SaaS platforms
Logical problem-solving ability
Ability to follow and improve SOPs
Willingness to learn AI agents and automation systems

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
Experience with chat platforms or messaging systems
Experience with automation tools like ---------- or Zapier
Background in technical support, QA, or operations

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
Not a sales role
Not a call centre or live chat role
Not a purely repetitive task role

This role requires judgement and responsibility.

COMPENSATION
Monthly salary: USD 800 to 1,000 depending on experience
Fully remote
Long-term role with growth as responsibilities expand
