About Us
We are a small but busy Queensland law firm (2 staff) using LEAP, Microsoft 365/Teams, and a range of AI tools. We want a short, sharp engagement with the right person to help us streamline, secure, and consolidate our systems.

1. What We Need (Scope of Work)
Over a 2–3 week project, you will:
1.1. Audit & Rationalise Subscriptions:
Catalogue all licences (AI, SaaS, Microsoft, LEAP), find overlaps, and produce a cost-reduction plan.
1.2. Security & Compliance:
Review Teams/SharePoint/LEAP access, MFA, retention, and data handling. Align with Lexon Insurance, QLS rules, Privacy Act.
1.3. Data Recovery & Device Management:
Attempt to recover deleted firm data; identify unrecovered devices; wipe/lock them remotely.
1.4. Integration & Programming:
Consolidate, program and integrate AI subscriptions into Microsoft Copilot + LEAP workflows.

1.5. Governance & SOPs:
Build security frameworks using automation and AI, playbooks, and SOPs for daily law firm workflows (court docs, affidavits, client comms, billing).
1.6. Training:
Train staff on new workflows and security protocols.

2. What We’re Looking For
2.1. Demonstrated LEAP experience with Australian law firms.
2.2. Strong Microsoft 365 / Teams / Copilot skills (Solutions Partner or equivalent track record preferred).
2.3. Custom programming ability across platforms.
2.4. Experience with device management, SaaS audits, and data recovery.
2.5. Knowledge of Australian compliance frameworks (Lexon, QLS, Privacy Act).
2.6. Able to deliver a fixed-fee or capped-fee project within 2–3 weeks.

3. Deliverables
3.1. Subscription/licence audit + cost-reduction plan.
3.2. Security/compliance report in accordance with current Australian laws.
3.3. Data recovery, storage, back up + device management action plan & report.
3.4. SOPs/playbooks for bespoke AI + LEAP integrated workflows.
3.5. Final roadmap for scaling.
