AI Influencer Creative Lead (Full Time)

Your mission ? Build and run an AI content engine that pumps out 100 viral TikTok / Reels / Shorts clips per day using Stable Diffusion + Stable Video Diffusion or any AI stack you deem a better fit.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prompt, batch-render & upscale 100 photoreal vertical clips / day
- Add trending sounds / captions (CapCut or similar editing tool)
- Manage 4 offshore prompt-operators + hand them SOPs
- Ship daily KPI sheet (views, CTR, EPC)

MUST-HAVES
- Portfolio link with ? 3 AI-generated vertical clips
- Expert in SD 1.5 / SDXL, ComfyUI or Automatic1111 (or other AI stack you deem better)
- Basic video edit stack (ie. CapCut / Davinci)
- English B2+ and async management skill
- Available 30+ hrs/week EST overlap 2 h

HOW WE HIRE
- Initial filter of portfolio, questions/chat
- 15-min chat (Zoom)
- Paid test: render clip from scope we give you (CAD 20)
- Start within 48 h if we love it
