AI Image Generation VA — Daily Ad Creative Production (Long-Term)

I run a DTC e-commerce business and I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant with proven experience in AI image generation to support our daily ad creative production.
Your task is straightforward: turn written briefs into scroll-stopping, highly realistic ad visuals — every day, consistently.
This is a focused, output-driven role. It suits someone who is experienced with AI image tools, coachable, and able to deliver ad-ready work without being walked through the basics.

About The Role:
As an AI Image Generation VA, you are responsible for producing a daily batch of AI-generated images (volume varies, typically between 20 and 50).
The main focus is highly realistic native-style visuals for Facebook ads. Occasionally, other styles will be needed — before/after visuals, clean e-commerce product shots, or advertorial-style imagery.
This is an ongoing, long-term position with consistent daily work.

What You Will Do:
- Produce a daily batch of AI-generated images based on written briefings
- Deliver highly realistic native-style ad visuals as the main output
- Produce other styles occasionally (before/after, product shots, advertorial)
- Upload finished images to a shared Google Drive folder, organised per briefing
- Communicate daily via Slack — progress, questions, and feedback
- Refine output quickly based on coaching and direction

Your Workflow:
- You receive a written brief via Slack each day with a short description per image (concept, setting, persona, mood), sometimes with a reference image
- You generate the images using the AI tool of your choice (Nano Banana is what I use personally, but you're free to use any tool that delivers the required quality)
- You upload the finished images to Google Drive at the end of the workday
- I review and approve — if revisions are needed, you refine based on my feedback

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with AI image generation tools — confident in prompting, iterating, and producing ad-ready output
- Coachable — I'll direct you on the output I need, but I won't teach you how to use the tools themselves
- Reliable and consistent — daily delivery is essential
- Strong team player with a good attitude, follows direction well, and communicates clearly
- Detail-oriented and quick to adapt based on feedback
- Structured and consistent in your work
- Strong written English
- Reliable internet connection
- Available on a consistent daily basis
- Interested in a long-term collaboration
