We’re looking for an AI Growth Engineer who can build and manage practical AI systems that improve marketing performance, automate operations, and support lead generation at scale.
This is not a purely experimental AI role. We want someone who can connect AI, automation, and paid growth into real business systems that save time, improve efficiency, and help generate revenue.
You should be comfortable building with tools like n8n, Make, APIs, webhooks, CRMs, spreadsheets/databases, and modern AI agent frameworks, while also understanding how marketing funnels, ads, lead handling, and business operations work in practice.
What You’ll Do
- Audit our current workflows, marketing systems, and operational bottlenecks
- Build and maintain AI-powered automations for:
- lead generation
- lead qualification
- CRM updates
- outreach workflows
- reporting dashboards
- marketing operations
- Design and deploy multi-agent workflows where they actually make sense
- Connect tools and systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
- Help improve our paid marketing and ads workflows through automation and AI-assisted processes
- Build reliable, documented systems that are easy to maintain and scale
- Troubleshoot broken workflows, API issues, and automation failures quickly
- Recommend simpler solutions when AI is not necessary
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building business automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar
- Experience with AI workflows, LLMs, agent-based systems, or orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
- Good understanding of marketing operations, lead generation, CRM workflows, and paid ads processes
- Experience integrating with platforms like:
- Google Sheets
- CRMs

- ad platforms or marketing tools
- Ability to design systems end-to-end, not just connect templates
- Comfortable working independently and solving messy operational problems
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Clear communicator with good documentation habits
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or related marketing platforms
- Experience with lead enrichment, scoring, or outbound personalization systems
- Familiarity with analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Experience building internal tools for growth or operations teams
- Understanding of prompt workflows, evaluation, and AI output reliability
