JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing D2C health brand, and this role is focused almost entirely on one thing: pumping out high-performing ad creatives for ecom. You'll take raw AI outputs all the way to finished, polished, scroll-stopping ads.

What you'll do
- Design ad creative after ad creative for paid social: static ads, image concepts, and visual hooks
- Work hand in hand with our performance marketing team, designing for hooks, angles, and conversion
- Turn briefs and concepts into finished ads fast, then iterate on what's winning
- Output high volume without dropping quality

You're a fit if you
- Are a true master of AI image tools: Higgsfield, Nano Banana, ChatGPT image generation, and Midjourney
- Understand prompting deeply enough to get exactly the result you want, every time
- Can finish in Photoshop and Figma: cleaning artifacts, compositing, retouching, fixing hands and text, color grading, final layout
- Have ecom or D2C experience and know what makes an ad stop the scroll
- Live and breathe direct-response creative, not just brand work
- Work fast and proactively, bringing ad ideas instead of waiting for a brief
