About Exchange Life

Exchange Life is a fast-growing travel jewelry brand that sells collectible travel charms. We've built a content machine that's generated over a quarter billion views across TikTok and Instagram, and we're scaling our image creatives to match.

We run a lean, fully remote international team of designers, video editors, and content creators from all over the world. This role sits inside the same creative machine, but on the image side.

What We're Looking For

We're scaling our image creatives and need someone comfortable owning the full process, from image generation to finished creative. You will follow a clear process, generate AI images using our templates and brand guidelines, overlay headlines and copy, and send out finished, polished image ads consistently.

If after 1-2 weeks you're creating 10 out of 10 AI images following our process, you’re proactively suggesting improvements to our process, and your images perform on ads, that's what success looks like with us.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Generate AI product images using our internal prompts and workflows.
2. Overlay headlines and copy on images using Photoshop, matching the Exchange Life visuals and vibes.
3. Organize and manage creative assets, keeping our AI images library clean and up to date
4. Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team
5. Communicate proactively about bottlenecks, capacity, and output

Requirements:

- Intermediate skills at Adobe Photoshop (this is your main tool)
- Basic understanding of best text placement, and fonts to use
- An eye for what clean, aesthetic design is
- Able to follow a creative brief and processes without needing hand-holding
- Reliable communicator, not scared of saying his opinion and state the facts
- Stable internet connection
- Clear English communication

Nice-to-Haves

- AI image generation skills (using Higgsfield, or similar tools)
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or social media ad creative
