AI GPT Builder & Prompt Engineer (Full-Stack Custom GPT Creation + Training Role)

We’re looking for an elite AI Prompt Engineer & GPT Builder who can create, train, and maintain custom GPTs across multiple domains.

?? This is NOT a training or beginner role.
You are expected to hit the ground running at full speed — taking ownership, building systems end-to-end, and delivering results without hand-holding.

?? You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining:

Avatar Creation GPT

Builds AI assistants trained on avatar creation systems (OpenArt, Juggernaut XL, Seedream 4.0, Nano Banana, Kling 2.5, Veo 3, Wan, etc.)

Handles prompt optimization, tool chaining, and workflow automation for high-quality avatar outputs.

Researches and updates models as new releases drop.

Social Media Content GPT

Generates viral content hooks, carousel copy, captions, and reel scripts.

Trained on best-performing frameworks, tone, and brand voice.

Must understand scroll-stopping creative psychology and short-form storytelling.

Digital Product Creation GPT

Builds structured AI systems to research niches, outline products, create modules, and generate full sales page copy.

Integrates with supporting AI tools or APIs where needed for research and formatting.


Email Marketing GPT

Capable of writing any email for any niche — from nurture and launch campaigns to affiliate and re-engagement sequences.

Trained on high-performing copy frameworks (AIDA, PAS, storytelling, and direct-response persuasion).

???? What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience building custom GPTs inside OpenAI (no generic prompt spammers).

Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering, dataset structuring, and fine-tuning workflows.

Deep understanding of AI creative tools (OpenArt, Midjourney, Leonardo, Seedream, etc.).

Excellent written and spoken English — must be able to communicate ideas clearly and work autonomously.

Ability to perform R&D on upcoming model updates, test improvements, and maintain system performance.

Strong project management discipline — must own the task from idea ? build ? QA ? deployment.
