AI Expert & Open Source AI Agent Implementer

We are a US-based company looking for a highly skilled AI Expert to build out and implement real, working AI solutions across multiple business units using open source AI agents and tools. This is a full-time, long-term position.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for deploying, customizing, and managing open source AI agents that perform real business tasks across our companies. This is not a research or experimental role — we need someone who can get things done and drive measurable results using AI automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and implement AI agents for marketing automation (content creation, campaign execution, performance tracking)
- Set up and manage AI-driven email lead generation systems (outreach sequences, follow-ups, list building)
- Deploy AI agents for social media marketing (scheduling, engagement, content generation, analytics)
- Implement and manage AI-assisted Google AdWords / PPC account management (bid optimization, ad copy, reporting)
- Build an automated audit and billing system that integrates with our existing software platform
- Continuously identify and implement new open source AI tools to improve business operations
- Monitor, maintain, and improve AI agent performance across all business functions
- Document workflows, processes, and system configurations

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience with open source AI frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain, n8n, Make/Integromat, or similar)
- Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.) and how to integrate them into real workflows
- Experience with marketing automation, email outreach tools, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with Google Ads API or AdWords management tools
- Ability to build and integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party software connections
- Solid coding skills (Python preferred; JavaScript/Node.js a plus)
- Experience working with CRMs, billing systems, or business management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building multi-agent AI systems
- Background in digital marketing or business operations
- Familiarity with billing/invoicing software or audit systems

WORK SCHEDULE & DETAILS:
- Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) / US Mountain Time
- Must be available and actively working during these hours
- Remote position — work from home
- US-based company, so excellent communication in English is required
