AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to lead the fine-tuning and development The role involves fine-tuning existing models, integrating the system into a real-time Voice/Video interactive environment.

The ideal candidate will build a scalable AI infrastructure (millions of conversation minutes), integrate with third-party tools (Speech2Speech, TTS/STT, LMS, WebRTC, n8n).

Responsibilities

Fine-tune and instruction-tune LLMs and Speech2Speech models.


Develop lesson logic based on CEFR (A1–C2) and PPP methodology.

Integrate with Voice and Video systems (Daily, Twilio, WebRTC).

Build a stable Production pipeline: STT ? NLP ? Voice ? Feedback.

Measure and optimize model performance: Accuracy, Latency, Naturalness.

Collaborate with pedagogy, product, and DevOps teams.
