AI E-commerce Operations Manager ( ---------- + AI + Design)

We are a fast-growing European toy brand selling on marketplaces such as Amazon and ---------- . We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, sharp, proactive, and creative person who can become the founder’s right hand in daily operations.

This is not a simple assistant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, works independently, loves details, solves problems, and takes pride in doing excellent work.

You should be highly organized, flexible, tech-savvy, comfortable using AI tools, and have a strong eye for quality and design.

What You Will Do
E-commerce Operations
Manage and improve Amazon and ---------- accounts
Monitor listings and solve listing issues
Upload and optimize product listings
Check product pages for mistakes, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
Help maintain marketplace account health and performance
Monitor competitors and marketplace trends
AI Listing Creation & Optimization
Create and improve listings using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Write compelling product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and SEO keywords
Improve conversion rates through better content and structure
Use AI tools to work smarter and faster
Generate ideas for better visuals and content
Design & Creative Work
Create beautiful and professional listing visuals using AI and design tools
Improve listing images and presentation
Maintain strong and consistent brand quality
Have a good sense of aesthetics, composition, and what looks visually attractive for customers
Customer Support & Communication
Respond professionally to customer complaints and messages
Handle emails and customer service independently
Solve problems proactively
Escalate important issues when needed
Research & Growth
Research competitors and opportunities
Help improve workflows and systems
Support outreach and business growth initiatives when needed
Who We Are Looking For

You are:

Extremely detail-oriented

Strong in English (written communication is important)
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT experience is a big plus)
Interested in e-commerce and marketplaces
Creative and have a good eye for design

Experience with Amazon Seller Central
