Key Responsibilities
Competitor Research & Analysis: Study
Content Recreation: Reproduce and adapt successful formats while maintaining our unique brand identity.
Video Editing & Optimization: Edit for multiple platforms—FB, IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts—using creative storytelling, captions, and motion graphics.
AI-Enhanced Creativity: Utilize advanced AI tools to speed up production, generate visuals, and create unique effects.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to test, iterate, and improve content performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of short-form and ad-style content.
Deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement tactics.
Proficiency in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools, including:
- Veo 3
- MidJourney
- Runway Gen-3
- Pika Labs
- Kaiber
- Stable Video Diffusion
- Adobe Firefly
Ability to reverse-engineer content and deliver fast turnarounds without compromising quality.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, or e-commerce creative strategy.
Basic animation and thumbnail design experience.
