AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to design and implement a program for parsing and analyzing real estate data from LoopNet and other platforms. If you have a passion for AI, data processing, and developing innovative solutions, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Develop an AI-powered solution to extract, parse, and analyze data from LoopNet using APIs or web scraping techniques.
Build models to analyze and evaluate real estate data, including price trends, property sizes, locations, and more.
Create algorithms to identify optimal real estate investment opportunities based on user-defined criteria.
Collaborate with the team to fine-tune data analytics features and provide actionable insights.
Automate data extraction processes to ensure continuous, up-to-date analysis.
Ensure the program is scalable, efficient, and user-friendly for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and update the program based on new developments in AI and real estate data analysis.

Requirements:

Proven experience in AI/ML development, data parsing, and automation.
Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with data extraction techniques, including web scraping and using APIs (specifically LoopNet API or similar).
Familiarity with machine learning models for data analysis, forecasting, and trend identification.
Knowledge of real estate data and the ability to interpret and analyze property-related information.
Proficiency with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying and maintaining AI solutions.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
