AI Data engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking an AI Data Engineer to help build the data infrastructure, dashboards, reporting systems, and AI-powered workflows that support growth across multiple companies within our organization. This role will focus on turning business data into actionable insights, improving operational efficiency, and developing predictive models that help leadership make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports
Create automated data pipelines that pull information from multiple systems
Develop AI-powered workflows to improve operations, sales, recruiting, and client retention
Analyze company performance data and identify growth opportunities
Build forecasting models to predict revenue, profitability, staffing needs, and business trends
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all business units
Integrate CRM, ATS, marketing, and financial data into centralized reporting systems
Develop automation solutions to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency
Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and strategic insights
