# Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI systems specialist to build and optimize our customer support operations for a growing Shopify ecommerce brand.

This is not a typical customer support role.

Your responsibility will be to design and implement systems that allow our support team to respond faster, maintain consistent quality, reduce manual work, and leverage AI effectively.

Our current tools include:

* Shopify
* Gmail
* Claude AI
* Google Workspace
* WhatsApp
* Google Docs

We already have customer support SOPs and AI knowledge bases. We now need someone who can turn these into a scalable customer support system.

## Responsibilities

* Design AI workflows for customer support.
* Improve and maintain our Claude AI knowledge base.
* Implement AI tools that help support agents answer emails faster.
* Build systems that automatically organize and prioritize customer emails.
* Create workflows for shipping investigations, refunds, replacements, and order management.
* Improve response speed while maintaining excellent customer experience.
* Recommend and implement the best customer support software.
* Integrate Shopify with AI and automation tools where appropriate.
* Create dashboards to monitor:

* First response time
* Average resolution time
* Email backlog
* Customer satisfaction
* Help us scale from a small support team into a highly efficient operation.

## Requirements

* Strong experience with Shopify.
* Experience implementing AI in customer support.
* Experience with Claude AI, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs.
* Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, ---------- , or n8n.
* Experience building customer support workflows.
* Excellent English communication.
* Ability to recommend and implement best practices instead of simply following instructions.
