We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented AI content and design assistant to support an established e-commerce apparel brand.
This role focuses on building repeatable creative systems — including ad concepts, templates, product-focused visuals, and structured content — that can be used across marketing channels.
You will work closely with leadership to turn direction into:
* ad concepts
* visual templates
* product marketing assets
* blog enhancements
* structured content for performance
This role is not just execution — it requires strong thinking, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Creative Concepts & AI Prompting
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to generate:
* ad concepts
* hooks
* captions
* campaign angles
* content variations
* Translate ideas into clear, actionable creative directions
* Build concept banks for ongoing campaigns
* Continuously iterate and improve creative based on feedback

Design & Template Creation
* Create clean, high-performing marketing assets using Canva, Figma, or Adobe
* Build reusable templates including:
* ad layouts
* product callout frames
* hook cards
* end cards
* CTA graphics
* UGC overlay templates
* Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines exactly
* Prepare production-ready files for use in both static and video content

Product & Campaign Creative
* Develop visual assets that highlight product features and benefits
* Repurpose winning concepts across multiple product categories
* Create variations of ads and creative for testing
* Support seasonal campaigns and product launches
* Organize assets by product, color, and campaign

Blog & Structured Content Support
* Create visual overlays and modules for blog content
* Support updates to blog structure and layout
* Assist in maintaining FAQ sections and structured content
* Help implement and maintain JSON-LD / schema markup (training provided if needed)
* Ensure blog content supports SEO and discoverability

Organization & Workflow
* Maintain organized folders for all creative assets
* Build and maintain a creative tracker by campaign and product
* Prepare clear handoff files and instructions for the video editor
* Keep workflows efficient and repeatable

Requirements
* Strong Canva experience (required)
* Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools (required)
* Strong written English
* Good eye for e-commerce design and product marketing
* High attention to detail (colors, logos, layouts, spacing)
* Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
* Organized and process-driven
* Able to take direction and execute independently

Bonus Skills
* Figma
* Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
* Shopify blog/content editing
* Basic understanding of JSON-LD / structured data
* Experience in apparel or e-commerce
* Familiarity with Meta ad creative
* Experience researching ads using Meta Ads Library
