AI Content Operator

Hello,

You'll be my right hand on content production. I run a wedding photo-sharing app for couples. I'm hiring my first full-time tea ---------- mber, and it's a really cool role — let me explain.

What you'll actually be doing:
You'll work alongside Claude (it's an AI, like ChatGPT but better) to produce content for my brand. Carousels, AI UGC reels, cinematic short videos, voiceovers — all of it.

Here's the cool part: you don't make the content yourself. Claude does. You're the director.
You'll tell Claude what to make, Claude calls the AI tools (Canva, HeyGen, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Sora and others) through their APIs, and they produce the content automatically. You review what comes back, kill what's not good enough, approve what is, and post it to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest.

It sounds technical but it's not. I'll teach you everything. If you've used ChatGPT or Claude even casually, you're already most of the way there. The job is mostly: send the right instructions, judge the outputs, ship the good ones.
Once you're trained up, you'll be producing 50-150 finished pieces a day. That's not a typo. The AI does the heavy lifting — your job is to steer it and make sure only the good stuff goes out.

What I need from you:
You have a good eye. When you scroll content, you can tell what's good and what isn't, even if you can't always explain why.
You're patient and detail-oriented. AI makes mistakes — wrong fingers, weird audio, off-brand text — and you catch them.
You're curious about AI. You don't need to know it deeply yet. You just need to want to learn it.
You're reliable. Steady hours, steady output, good communication.
You write good English.
Bonus if you've spent any time in Canva, edited videos, or run a social media account — but none of these are required.

This is a long-term role. I want someone I can work with for years and grow with. Pay grows as the brand grows.
