About the role

Hey! We're Ilic Group, and we run a large-scale short-form content operation across Instagram and Facebook — multiple accounts, multiple avatars, and a seriously organized production system. We're growing fast and looking for a creative, detail-oriented person from the Philippines to join our content team as an AI Content Creator.

This isn't a traditional video editing role. You'll be working with cutting-edge AI tools to produce short-form videos — mainly avatar-led recipe and wellness remedy content — by recreating and adapting viral video formats we provide. Everything is structured: you'll get daily tasks through our platform, so you always know exactly what to do and when.

What you'll do

- Receive daily content tasks through our internal platform (InstaFlow) — no guesswork involved
- Use AI video tools to produce short-form avatar-led videos based on proven viral formats
- Recreate recipe and wellness remedy videos with our character avatars speaking on screen
- Follow simple creative briefs to match the style, tone, and format of each avatar
- Submit completed videos through the platform for review — clean, consistent, on time

Don't worry if you haven't used these before — we'll walk you through everything. What matters most is that you're comfortable learning new AI tools quickly and following a process.

What we're looking for

- Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and a decent computer setup
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools — or excited to learn them fast
- Detail-oriented and able to follow creative briefs closely
- Reliable, consistent, and communicates well in English
- Previous content creation or video editing experience is a plus, but not required
