AI Content Creator/ Editor

We are looking for a highly skilled, innovative, and detail-oriented AI Video Editor & Content Creator to join our digital team. In this role, you will be at the cutting edge of AI content creation, using advanced generation tools like Google Veo 3 (via Google Flow) to generate high-quality digital assets and turn them into viral social media videos.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end production pipeline: from drafting precise descriptive text prompts for image and video generation, to assembling, pacing, and editing the final outputs inside CapCut.

We produce two distinct styles of content:

Stylized Animation: Engaging, visually striking, and creative AI-animated narratives.
Hyper-Realistic AI Influencers: Content featuring lifelike AI characters that look and behave like real people, focused on community and authentic lifestyle niches.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Asset Generation: Write detailed, technical text prompts to generate high-quality images and short video clips using Google Veo 3 on Google Flow.

Video Editing & Stitching: Import all AI-generated clips into CapCut to sequence, cut, and polish them into cohesive, high-retention short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).

Audio & Rhythm Integration: Sync video transitions, pacing, and visual cuts seamlessly with background music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

Character & Action Quality Control: Monitor and refine visual physics. Ensure character movements look natural and precisely match the script instructions (e.g., ensuring objects react naturally when interacting with characters, pureeing instead of shattering).

Platform Optimization: Stay up-to-date with short-form video trends, hook structures, and editing styles that maximize watch time and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

AI Generation Frameworks: Proven experience using advanced generative AI video and image tools (experience with Google Flow, Google Veo 3).

Mastery of CapCut: Advanced editing skills in CapCut (desktop version preferred), including keyframing, speed ramping, transitions, text overlays, and sound design.

Prompt Engineering: Ability to write clear, descriptive English text prompts that focus strictly on characters and specific actions to achieve accurate, high-quality visual outputs.

Cinematographic Eye: Strong understanding of framing, narrative pacing, lighting, and visual continuity across multiple AI-generated clips.

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct visual anomalies, maintaining consistency for our AI influencer personas and animated characters across scenes.

Reliable Setup: High-speed internet connection and a computer capable of handling heavy web-based AI rendering and video editing workflows.
