**About the Role**

We run a YouTube channel that teaches how to use AI tools for crypto trading. We're hiring ONE full-time content creator to own the daily video production pipeline.

You will not be on camera. You will not record your own voice. The work is faceless and fully remote. One finished video delivered per weekday.

**Daily Work** (about 2 to 3 hours of focused effort, the rest of your full-time hours go into research, revisions, and scaling)

* Receive a rough script and a reference video from us
* Polish the script so it reads natural, not AI
* Generate the voiceover in ElevenLabs (we provide the account)
* Tune ElevenLabs settings until the voice sounds like a real person, not a robot
* Screen record the visual component (TradingView charts, exchange platforms, trading tool demos)
* Combine the screen rec with the voiceover and deliver as a raw mp4
* Upload everything to a shared Google Drive

**What You Need to Be Good At**

* **Strong written English.** Your script polish has to read like a real person talking.
* **A sharp ear.** You will judge whether ElevenLabs output sounds robotic and tune it until it doesn't.
* **Crypto trading literacy.** You should understand support and resistance, breakouts, common indicators, exchange platforms, and trading terminology. You don't need to be a profitable trader. You do need to know what you're looking at.
* **Screen recording skills.** OBS, ShareX, or QuickTime. Clean, 1080p minimum.
* **AI tool comfort.** You have used ChatGPT or Claude regularly. You understand what they can and can't do.

**Pay Structure**

* **Trial:** $20 to $30 per finished video for the first 2 videos. Paid on delivery whether or not we move forward.
* **Full-time after the trial passes:** ?35,000 to ?50,000 per month.
* 30-day performance review with raise potential to ~?80,000 per month for strong performance.

3. Describe your screen recording setup in one paragraph. Software, resolution, where files go.

4. On a scale of 1 to 10, how comfortable are you with crypto trading concepts? Be honest. A 6 is fine.
