ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an innovative and results-driven AI Specialist to join our marketing team for a long term career. In this role, you'll be researching and implementing cutting-edge AI tools to create, enhance, and optimize marketing content across video, newsletters, and other media platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our messaging is engaging, personalized, and scalable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI Content Creation & Automation:
- Research and leverage cutting edge AI tools to produce and refine content so you can work with our marketing team to produce social media videos and content for our weekly AI newsletters.
- Study popular AI posts on IG/Facebook to see what's working and work with marketing on duplicating similar posts while using the newest AI tools.
- Develop automated content generation workflows to streamline recurring campaigns, seasonal launches, and A/B testing.

AI Newsletter Management:
- Collaborate with the copywriter to utilize AI tools in crafting our weekly AI newsletter.

Tool Management & Innovation:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI marketing tools and proactively suggest new solutions to enhance team efficiency.
- Provide training to marketing staff on the effective utilization of AI platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a passion (and be able to prove it!) for researching and applying AI to different venues.
- At least 2 years, proven experience using AI tools for marketing content creation and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Descript, and/or Adobe Firefly.
- Familiarity with video creation/editing tools, especially those with AI functionality.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and apply AI-driven insights.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 100% Commitment to a full-time, 5 day a week career.
- This is a remote position, requiring accountability for projects and time worked.

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning AI models for content.
- Background in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Full-time position with generous salary paid bi-weekly - $1100 - $1800 USD per month
- PTO accruing from day one, (6) paid holidays
