AI Chatbot Integration expert

This role will focus on integrating an AI chatbot with our real estate website,
leveraging the MLS API as a knowledge source, connecting the chatbot to CRM for streamlined
lead management, training and testing the chatbot according to provided scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
? Integrate an AI chatbot into our real estate website to support property searches and lead qualification.
? Configure and connect the MLS API according to its specification to serve as the primary knowledge source for the chatbot.
? Design and train the chatbot to eAiciently assist users in property searches and qualify leads based on their needs.
? Integrate the chatbot with CRM to save qualified leads and automate the lead management workflow.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platforUpgrade to see actual infoets business requirements and user expectations.
? Test, troubleshoot, and optimize the integration for performance and accuracy.

Required Skills and Experience:
? Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into applications.
? Strong knowledge of AI chatbot platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Robofy, etc.).
? Experience with CRM platforms, especially Zoho CRM, and their APIs.
? Familiarity with real estate industry practices and standards (preferred but not required).
? Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
? Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
