Mission

Design, implement, and maintain custom automated systems that increase efficiency, cut manual work, and support internal and client workflows at scale. Think like a systems architect, execute like an engineer, and communicate like a consultant.

What you will build

Advanced automations in n8n and ---------- using robust logic, error handling, retries, queues, and observability

CRM workflows in GoHighLevel including webhooks, events, pipeline logic, and lifecycle automation

Knowledge and ops hubs in Notion with API-driven syncing, databases, and documentation

API integrations across CRMs, spreadsheets, chat, voice, calendars, payment gateways, and data stores

Reusable modules, templates, and playbooks that standardize best practices and speed delivery

Responsibilities

Translate business goals into technical specs, data flows, and measurable outcomes

Build clean, modular, and well-documented workflows and integrations

Implement validation, rate limiting, pagination, and recovery paths for reliability at scale

Instrument monitoring and alerting for failures, latency, and data quality

Run tests, load checks, and UAT; ship incremental improvements with versioned releases

Maintain a living knowledge base: diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and handover docs

Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and present clear recommendations

Outcomes you own

Near-zero failure rates with quick recovery and transparent logging

Accurate data sync across systems with audit trails and documentation that others can follow

Must-have experience

Expert-level builds in n8n and/or ---------- for multi-step, branching automations

Strong GoHighLevel automation skills: triggers, workflows, custom values, and webhooks

Comfortable working directly with REST APIs and JSON: auth, pagination, filtering, errors

Data handling: normalization, deduplication, mapping, validation, and idempotency

Writing clear technical documentation and communicating tradeoffs and constraints

High bar for speed, accuracy, and reliability with a bias to ship

Nice-to-haves

Light coding: JavaScript or Python for custom nodes, functions, or middleware

Chatbot or agent integrations; WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or voice routing

Dashboards for analytics or observability

Website development or design experience, especially WordPress or front-end integrations
