AI Automation Specialist (Build & Train My Team on AI Workflows)

We're a small, established US-owned company serving home-service businesses, with a team based here in the Philippines. We're now investing heavily in AI to do the heavy lifting so our team can focus on higher-value work.

What You'll Do

You'll be the person who builds and runs our AI automation stack.
-Concretely: Design and build automated workflows using tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier.
-Set up and fine-tune AI agents and assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for real operational tasks — call handling support, appointment booking, follow-ups, reputation/review management.
-Connect tools and data with APIs and webhooks; light scripting (Python or JavaScript) is a big plus
-Document everything clearly and train our existing team to run what you build (this part matters — we want capability transferred, not locked in your head)
-Continuously look for new places AI can save time or improve quality

You're a Great Fit If You Have

-Hands-on experience building real automations (please show examples)
-Working knowledge of LLM tools and prompt design
-Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and at least basic scripting
-Clear written English and the ability to explain technical things simply
-A builder's mindset — you like making things work, then making them better

Nice to Have

-Python or JavaScript
-Experience with voice AI / telephony tools
-Experience training or onboarding non-technical teammates
