AI Automation Specialist

We seek an expert who can design, implement, and optimize AI-driven systems using tools like ChatGPT and deep-learning platforms. You will automate and enhance our sales, customer engagement, Amazon reviews, follow-up workflows, and cross-departmental processes (distribution, logistics, accounting).

**Responsibilities:**
- **AI System Development & Integration:** Build and deploy chatbots and AI workflows (appointment setting, review generation, and follow-up).
- **E-Commerce Automation:** Implement AI tools to improve Amazon product review generation and post-purchase communication.
- **Sales & Lead Generation:** Integrate and maintain AI-driven appointment setters and lead qualification systems.
- **Operational & Accounting Support:** Embed AI solutions into finance and distribution platforms to streamline workflows and data management.
- **Data Analysis & Optimization:** Gather, structure, and analyze data to train models, monitoring system performance for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration:** Work with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to identify automation needs and provide AI-driven solutions.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), deep-learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and integration (APIs, microservices).
- Proficient in Python or similar language.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and e-commerce (Amazon Seller Central).
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

**Preferred:**
- Previous experience creating AI-powered appointment setters or review tools.
- Familiarity with accounting software integration (QuickBooks, SAP).
