AI Automation & Operations Specialist [OPA]

We are looking for someone who builds systems using AI — not someone who just uses it.

At Residentas, you will:

+ automate real business processes
+ build AI workflows
+ improve operations across the company

This is not a typical VA role.

Residentas is an international hospitality company with premium properties in Lisbon and the USA. We are building one of the most AI-integrated operations in the short-term rental space, and we need someone who lives at that frontier with us.
This is not a traditional role. We are not looking for a VA or a marketer or an analyst. We are looking for an AI Generalist -- someone who sees a problem and immediately asks: how do I use AI to solve this better, faster, and at a higher standard than a human team could alone.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
+ Identifying repetitive or manual processes across our operations and automating them using AI tools and workflows. +Building internal tools, templates and systems using Claude, ChatGPT, Replit or similar platforms.
+ Supporting our guest experience, listings, email funnels and market research with AI-generated output that actually meets a luxury brand standard.
+ Translating business problems into AI prompts, workflows and solutions -- without waiting to be told how.
+Documenting what you build so the team can use it without you holding their hand.

QUALITIES WE VALUE:

--Systems Thinking: You do not just complete tasks. You redesign them.

--AI Fluency: Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, Zapier, Make -- you move between tools and you know when to use which.

--Judgment: You know when AI output is good enough and when it is not. You do not ship garbage.

--Ownership: You treat problems like they are yours to solve.

--Integrity: You say what you think, especially when something is not working.

REQUIREMENTS:

-- You have used AI tools to build or automate something real -- not just write emails.
-- Strong written English. Your output will represent a premium brand.
-- Comfortable learning new platforms fast. We move quickly.
-- Self-directed. You do not need daily instructions to make progress.
-- Bonus: experience in hospitality, property management or e-commerce operations.
