AI Automation & Google Script Specialist – Part-Time | E-commerce Workflow & Listings

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a part-time AI Automation & Google Apps Script Specialist to join our team and help us build smart internal tools and AI-powered agents. You’ll work closely with our operations and content teams to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance how we generate Amazon product listings.

This isn’t just a technical role—we’re looking for someone with the vision and curiosity to guide us in what’s possible with AI and automation today.

What You’ll Do:
? Develop AI agents to assist in tasks like:

Creating brand-specific Amazon product listings using trained GPT prompts or embedded logic

Summarising or gathering competitor or market data

Replacing repetitive manual tasks with smart AI flows

? Automate workflows across:

Google Sheets (data entry, formatting, lookups)

Gmail (automated replies or sorting)

Google Drive (file management and automation)

Other platforms as needed

? Implement and maintain Google Apps Scripts and lightweight custom code to automate daily operations

? Collaborate with our team (copywriters, analysts, operations) to map out workflows and recommend AI-driven improvements

? Educate and guide us on what’s possible—we value your ideas


What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in building and deploying Google Apps Scripts

Strong knowledge of AI tools, particularly OpenAI (ChatGPT/GPT-4), with experience crafting and refining custom prompts

Ability to design lightweight agents or task bots to enhance workflows. If you are serious about this role please start your reply with words AI is the future.

Strong communication skills – we want someone who can both build and explain

Ideal First Projects:
Build a script or lightweight AI agent that automatically pulls and records data into Google Sheets daily (e.g., tracking prices, listings, or competitor keywords)

Help us train and refine an AI agent to create high-quality Amazon product listings, based on our tone and structure
