AI Automation Engineer (Retell AI / n8n / API Integrations)

I’m building a powerful AI call-answering system for home-service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, roofers, electricians).
I need an automation-focused engineer who can help build the technical foundation using tools like:

Retell AI

Vapi / ElevenLabs

n8n automations

Go High Level

APIs, webhooks, JSON, error handling

You’ll help build systems that:
? Answer inbound calls
? Route data between apps
? Trigger CRM actions
? Log transcripts
? Run workflows
? Build dashboards
? Support multi-client setups
? Make the entire operation run smoothly

This is long-term work with increasing responsibilities and pay as we scale.

Your Responsibilities

Build & refine AI call flows in Retell or Vapi

Create n8n workflows (routing, error handling, logs, retries)

Integrate booking calendars & CRMs

Build client dashboards (Sheets/Notion/GHL)

Connect APIs between tools (webhooks/API keys)

Document systems, SOPs, and architecture

Troubleshoot issues quickly

Make the system “client-ready” for scaling

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

Strong experience with n8n, automations, webhook logic

Experience with Retell AI / Vapi / ElevenLabs

Strong JSON handling

API integration experience

Ability to think in systems and workflows

Clear communication & documenting habits
