I’m a high-producing real estate agent based in New York looking for a highly skilled AI automation builder/developer to help me create a powerful AI-driven lead generation and follow-up system.

I want to build an AI model and CRM ecosystem that can handle massive outbound and inbound communication at scale.

This is NOT a basic VA role.
I’m looking for someone who truly understands:

## What I Need Built

### AI Calling System
An AI voice assistant that can:
- Call endless amounts of leads daily
- Handle:
- Expired listings
- FSBOs
- Geo leads
- Pre-foreclosures
- Seller leads
- Internet leads
- Sound natural and conversational
- Follow scripts but adapt intelligently
- Transfer live calls when needed
- Book appointments directly into calendar/CRM
- Handle inbound calls as well

### CRM + Automation System
I need a CRM system that can:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls
- Handle SMS campaigns
- Send automated emails
- Track all lead activity
- Manage pipelines/follow-up stages
- Trigger automations based on lead behavior
- Record conversations/call summaries using AI
- Handle missed call text backs
- Integrate with calendars and appointment scheduling
- Possibly integrate with tools like GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Twilio, Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, Zapier, etc.

### Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience building AI sales agents
- Real estate CRM experience
- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Prompt engineering
- API integrations

- Knowledge of voice cloning or conversational AI
