AI-Assisted Full-Stack Developer, Python/FastAPI + React

We are Carthago Studio, a small AI and software agency. We build AI chatbots, automation tools, dashboards, RAG systems, and custom web apps for international clients.

I am looking for a developer who is comfortable using AI coding tools as part of their daily workflow.

This is very important: around 70% of the work will involve using tools like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or ChatGPT to generate, edit, debug, and improve code.

I do not need someone who wants to code everything manually from scratch. I need someone who knows how to use AI tools intelligently, test the output, fix bugs, understand the code, and deliver clean working features.

You should be able to take a clear task, use AI to move faster, verify the result, and explain what you changed.
