Job Title: AI-Assisted Developer / App Builder (Lovable + Claude + Supabase)
Salary: $500 – $1,200 USD/month (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 20-30 hrs/week · Flexible schedule · Must overlap with US Eastern time zone for 2 hours/day
Setup: 100% remote · Long-term position

We are a fast-moving AI and real estate technology company based in South Carolina, USA. We build and operate multiple products simultaneously including REI Boss — a SaaS platform built on GoHighLevel and Supabase for real estate investors — and an AI operations stack that runs our entire business using intelligent agents.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be our primary builder — the person who takes designs, specs, and AI-generated plans and ships them into working products. A typical week looks like this:
Taking prompts and specifications from our Notion project board and building features in Lovable
Modifying and debugging code in Claude Code when Lovable needs a targeted fix
Managing Supabase — creating tables, writing edge functions, setting up RLS policies, running migrations
Setting up and debugging GHL (GoHighLevel) automations, pipelines, and webhooks
Building n8n automation workflows
Opening GitHub pull requests, managing branches, and maintaining clean commit history
Documenting what you build in our Notion Tech Documentation Hub
Sending a daily update to the team via Telegram so everyone knows what shipped, what's in progress, and what's blocked
You will not be working alone. You will have AI agents, a clear task board, detailed specifications, and a team lead who sets direction. Your job is to execute with precision and communicate clearly.

Requirements
These are non-negotiable:
You actively use AI coding tools every day — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar. This is your primary workflow, not a novelty.
You have built something real with Lovable, Bolt.new, v0, or an equivalent AI frontend builder
You are comfortable reading and modifying TypeScript and React code
You know how Supabase works — tables, relationships, RLS, edge functions
You understand Git — branching, pull requests, resolving conflicts
You can build webhook integrations and understand how APIs connect
You communicate clearly in writing and send updates without being asked
Good to have:
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — pipelines, automations, sub-accounts
n8n or Make workflow building
Experience with a real estate, SaaS, or CRM product
Any experience with AI agent frameworks
