AI Agentic Engineer & Orchestration Manager

What we do

We run a venture studio building multiple operating ventures (web platforms, AI products, internal tools). We're building an ecosystem of AI agents from scratch, Claude, Codex, Cursor, MCP servers, custom pipelines, to design, build, ship, and maintain these ventures. We need someone who can plug into that ecosystem and become an operator inside it.

What is a "vibe coder"?

It is someone who builds working software by directing AI tools instead of typing every line by hand. You describe what you want, you read what the AI produces, you test it, you push back when it is wrong, you ship it. You do not need a CS degree but developers are a bonus***. You need taste, judgment, and the ability to learn fast.

What you will actually do**

- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) to build and ship features across our ventures
- Orchestrate AI agents to run repeatable workflows (research, code review, content, deployment)
- Read code carefully enough to know when the AI is lying to you
- Run tests, fix bugs, deploy to Vercel / similar platforms
- Document what you build so the next AI session can pick up where you left off
- Work directly with the founder on whatever venture is hot that week

**Who we are looking for**

- Obsessed with AI tools, you already use ChatGPT or Claude daily for non-trivial work
- Can read JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript well enough to debug — you do not need to write it from scratch
- Comfortable in a terminal (git, npm, basic bash)
- Fast learner, when you hit something new, you figure it out in hours, not weeks
- Written English strong enough to write clear prompts and clear documentation
- Honest about what you do not know

**Bonus (not required)**

- Experience with Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, or similar modern web stacks
- Have shipped something, anything, built with AI assistance (show us)
- Familiar with MCP, agent frameworks, or n8n / Zapier-style orchestration

2. A 3-5 sentence description of how you used AI to build it and what went wrong
3. Your favorite AI tool right now and why
4. The phrase "good vibes" in your application headline so we know you read this far
5. An intro video explaining who you are and your work

Applications without these will be ignored.
